Deleting Your Profile

Of course, we’re happy if you stay with us, but you can delete your profile at any time. There is no notice period or other requirements.

Here’s how to delete your account:

-> From the main menu, tap the "Account" icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.
-> Scroll all the way down to your “Settings”
-> ➡️ Select **[My Membership](de.ideawise.fet://my/membership)**

-> ➡️ Or Select **[My Membership](com.fet.ideawise://my/membership)**
-> Use “Deactivate Profile” to deactivate or delete your user account.
-> Choose either “Deactivate” or “Delete”.

By deactivating your profile, you will be removed from search results and will only become visible again if you choose to reactivate your account.

By deleting your profile, your user account and all associated information will be permanently removed. After 30 days, your profile and all data — including photos, videos, and conversations — will be permanently deleted.
