Is FET available on all smartphones?

FET runs on iPhones on iOS 8 and higher (iPhone 5 and iPod Touch 5 generation and above) and Android versions 4.1 (JellyBean) and higher.  FET is only 10 MB, so you have plenty of space for other apps, pics, vids, and music.
