How to start a private convo in the Chat

To start a private convo with someone you met in the Live Chat, press and hold down on the profile picture of the person you want to chat to. 

From the pop-up menu, select *Whisper.* You can also briefly tap on the profile picture, and up will pop the profile on your device, where you can also send a private message.
