Why have I been asked to verify my profile?

You can be asked to verify your profile for a number of reasons. 

Sometimes, the profile verification is activated by the Support Team for you to show that you are a real person and that you are who you say you are. 

The profile verification can also be triggered by our automated system due to suspicious behaviour. E.g. your profile's location does not match your actual location, or your profile was reported by other members who think your profile might be fake. 

You can also be asked to verify your profile based on a random selection, in which case it is not based on any suspicious behaviour or any alerts raised by our system. 

A note on privacy: Your verification photo is for internal purposes only. It won't be accessible to third parties or disclosed under any circumstances.
